We’re finding it impossible to capture the depth and tonality of this yarn. Rich charcoal with bits of warm brown and inky black, and in some light almost metallic in appearance. This field blend is from our natural colored wethers and a few of our gimmers, Lewis, Saul, Fred, Mort, Janis, and Irene. Woolen spun means this yarn has a bit more loft than our worsted blends. We have found that the natural fleeces hold on to their yearling softness longer than the white ones making this yarn next to skin soft.
